On Friday, October 28th the lottery for the 2022 MLL draft took place. The four teams were represented by their General Managers and Assistant General Managers to find out the order for this year's draft. The draft will be a snake format where the team picking last in the first round will pick first in the second round.

After a 3 year shutdown due to COVID-19 and other factors, the Merillat Lacrosse League will return to action in the fall of 2022. The league is going to look considerably different from 2019, with a new commissioner, team owners, and an expansion franchise.
